Hit it and Quit it Tuesdays

Hit It!

Olindo Mare? 52 yards? And it went in? For real?

Quit It!

Sean Payton, I can no longer be mad at Jason David.  After all, no matter how bad he sucks, he can’t bench himself.  I can however with a clear conscious wish that you break a tooth on a turkey bone this thanksgiving for guaranteeing 7 points to the other team every drive David is on the field.

Hit It!

Saints fans who still did the second line out of Reliant Stadium despite their team’s embarrassing loss.

Quit It!

This one again goes out to the coaching staff.  Quit ignoring Pierre Thomas.  If for nothing else, do it to shut up all us fans who think he can save our running game.

Hit It!

You gotta credit the defense who played a big role in keeping the Saints in the game up until the 4th quarter.  There was a huge 4th down stop that the Saints’ offense just couldn’t capitalize off.

Quit it!

Yeah offense, you knew we were comin for you.   How bout you find yourselves as of right now.  Don’t be Tom Brady and company one week and a shabbier form of my nephew’s pee-wee league the next.  It’s not just confusing, but it’s hella annoying.

Hit It!

Marques Colston, thank you for doing your best under dire circumstances.  You accept the fact that the ball will be thrown to you every time it’s not thrown or handed off to Reggie.  Losing you would undoubtedly seal this team’s fate.

Quit It?

Reggie, I don’t know if it was a goal line fumble or not.  I’d like to think you got robbed, except I remember what happened in Seattle when you coughed the ball up at a crucial time in that game.  I know, it’s unfair to bring up old sh!t, but it’s true.

Hit It!

The Chicks, for finding four positive things to say about that craptastic, asstastic game.

    High quality stuff. Very nice.

And you’re so right about Marques. That guy is quickly becoming Dulymus II (Electric Boogaloo) What’s not to love about that guy? Equal parts money and nails.

(You snuck a peek below the warning, didn’t you? *wink* I’m sorry I had to go there.)

  2. so you got me, i just read the first line. that was enough to let me know i should have heeded your warning. i couldn’t go any further. i care about you, my brother/lover, way too much to ruin things.
