NFL Fan Rules: The More You Know

more-u-know.jpg

This is what happens when you’ve got too much time on your hands during the off-season.  You start finding things on NFL websites that you ordinarily wouldn’t have time to read, much less make fun of.

Today’s discovery; NFL fan behavior rules.  We read them carefully, giggled aloud, and determined we’ve been some very naughty girls.  And it turns out, we’re not alone.

According to the NFL and neworleanssaints.com, the following behaviors will result in a fan’s ejection from a stadium during a game.

#1. The obvious abuse of alcohol or other intoxicants.

#2. Fighting, taunting, or any action that may harm or endanger others.

#3. Abusive or foul language and obscene actions.

#4. Any behavior resulting in the disruption of the game.

See, this is why you’ve gotta love watching the game on tee vee. None of those things are prohibited at my house.

Well, maybe #4. But the DVR is a quick and easy remedy for that which doesn’t require anybody’s banishment.

The others, hell, they’re not only not prohibited, they’re encouraged.

Okay, the streaker video made my day. I’ve only disrupted one game ever in the superdome and that was a tulane game. Only I didn’t really disrupt the game so much as just got in the way of people in my section not watching it.
