Guess Who’s Coming to Practice?
Our eyes are twitching, our toes are curled and a wave of shivers is running down our spine. Either someone just cut off the tequila shots or the Saints have returned to New Orleans for off-season conditioning.
The 12-week program started on Monday, which included the likes of Scott Fujita and a host of newcomers. Coach Sean Payton kicked off the off-season program with a news conference where he talked up the team’s commitment to getting in shape and focused. He also pledged that Reggie Bush would take time out from balancing bowling balls on his girlfriend’s giant ass to grace the team with his presence this off-season.
What a swell guy!
Also taking part in this year’s program are Deuce McAllister and Mike McKenzie. Although both are still in recovery from injuries sustained last season, they will still take part in limited weight training sessions. Unfortunately, since they’re not up to speed, they’ll mainly be around just to show they’re part of the team; just don’t expect them to really do anything. (How very “Kelly Rowland and that other chick from Destiny’s Child, who’s not Beyonce,” of them.)
We also learned over the weekend that the Saints and Deuce have agreed to stall talks on his bonus payment. Deuce was scheduled to receive a $1 million roster bonus on March 15. But in light of his rehabilitation from a second knee surgery last season, he and the team decided to wait another month before making any big moves.
The Chicks recently spoke to Deuce about his prospect of staying with the team in 2008. So what did he have to say? We’ll share our full interview with the big guy in next Monday’s post. (Don’t you just love a good tease?)

I was very disappointed in Reggie’s horrific taste in women as well as lackluster performance on the field last season and so I have decided he’s not worth mention till he gets his shit together.

7pm…at Monday’s game, Reggie and Kim made an appearance and there was a lil’ drama that went down…..here’s what had happened-
While the couple sat courtside, a long black haired tanned woman (who actually happened to be seated right behind them the whole time) stormed up to the two and lit into Reggie’s ass about his new relationship with the “Tush”. Of course, Reggie put on his *confused* face which apparently pissed the woman off even more. So she proceeded to yell at Kim, loudly so the entire crowd within earshot could hear everything, that she is still gettin’ it poppin’ with Reggie and has been for the last 2 years. And that she had just sexed it up with Reggie that Saturday. Damn! Kim mouthed a classy “F*ck you” to the jump off with an extremely angry look on her face. Clearly Kim doesn’t know that news about much of Reggie’s “side activities” has been around the N.O. for a while now.
Reggie was spotted outside after the game texting away…solo..WOW!
