If we were still in high school, this would be the most exciting time in our lives: prom time…graduation time! As we reminisce on that mystifying era in a girl’s life, when she’s choosing whether to give it up in the back of a Tahoe on prom night or flash the principal at graduation, we find it important to pay homage to another nostalgic tradition; the senior superlatives. Sadly, we find ourselves getting farther away from a time when “senior” meant 12th grade and closer to a time when “senior” means dinner at 4pm. So, we’re choosing to remix the concept and apply it to our beloved Saints.
Below are our nominees for the first ever Saintly Superlatives. Be sure to cast your vote in the comments section. If you don’t see a nominee you like, feel free to write one in and explain why he should be considered. If we choose your answer, you’ll be eligble to win a free, brand new 1gb mp3 player. (Alright so it’s not exactly an iPhone, but it’s a start…) Don’t forget to email me your email address so I can contact you if you’ve won. (It’s chicksinthehuddle@gmail.com)

The Class Clown is definitely Hollis Thomas.
Best Athlete: Reggie Bush, colston brings in a close 2nd
Most likely to succeed: t of that group is Reggie Bush, but the person i believe will succeed the most is the one and only drew brees because he brings a consistant level of play every game.
Best Smile: going to have to go with Roman Harper on that one, Bush is a close 2nd
Best Non-Smile: Deuce McCallister, really just because it looks like his eyes are shifted to the left which makes it look wierder.
Best Leadership: easily Drew Brees. for him to come in and do what he did to help turn this team around says it all.
Class Clown: well, if we’re going on pure clumsiness it’d be jason david because he falls down all the time while the other teams receivers are running by him. but if we’re going on pranks and personality it’d probably be Mike McK.
Most Underserving: out of that group, Jason David. overall, Mark Siminou because he’s just a slow sac of crap.
Best All-Around: Deuce McCallister, nuf said
Best Hair: Steve Gleason, hands down.
I think Mike McKenzie could be in more categories. Like best smile, best hair. I think I agree with Hollis as class clown. He makes me smile.

Based on their respective headshots at the official site, Hollis Thomas and Kevin Houser are two woeful omissions from the Best Smile category. Personally, I think Hollis should win by a mile.
C’mon – Grammatica should be class clown – or did he stop those wild, over-the-top celebrations every time he makes a field goal? It runs in his family!
