An Outsider’s Take on the Saints’ Fantasy Studs & Duds

He’s had his say, now allow me to have mine.
1. On the Reggie issue
No, Reggie Bush has not lived up to his hype. Yes, you’d be a fool to give up on him already. Refer to a little article I wrote during the season where I explained the need for critics, analysts, and fans alike to simmer down on the Reggie Bush issue. I’d still take him high in the draft…and something tells me that move would still strike fear in my opponents.
2. On Deuce
I hate to admit it but he’s right, Deuce is a wildcard. I’d love to think he’ll completely recover from his second knee surgery, but as a GM, you have to be realistic. With that said, I wouldn’t draft him high, but I wouldn’t not draft him either.
3. On Pierre
I think we all know how I feel about this guy. He’s the sleeper Saint you’d be a fool to pass on.
4. On Colston
Why yes, I’d absolutely love to be “on Colston,” so glad you asked! Oh wait, we’re talking football. Well, anyone who doesn’t know by now that Colston is the truth should be fed to Hollis Thomas.
5. On the Saints Defense
Vilma, Ellis, and Porter all make me feel a hell of a lot better about our defense. Still, I’ll have to agree with douchebag. They’re not making it on my fantasy team so long as David is still suitin’ up.

I really like Pierre Thomas in a dynasty league. I already have Reggie Bush on my dynasty roster, hopefully I can grab Thomas in a late round as a handcuff.

BTW, great interview with Pierre earlier today!
