Hit It and Quit It Tuesdays

Hit it!
The Saints defense has more touchdowns on the season than Cleveland’s offense. And this week, it wasn’t even my baby daddy Darren Sharper making it happen. Way to make the big play Anthony Hargrove!

Quit it!
It just doesn’t feel right putting anything Drew Brees does in the “quit it category” but it must be done. Brees has turned the ball over 8 times in the past 3 weeks. Not exactly Cool Brees-esque.

Hit it!
Oh I just can’t stay mad at you Drew. What I love about this quarterback is that he makes up for his crappy mistakes and we can always count on him to lead our team down the stretch. You’re still the one.

Quit it!
Let’s talk run defense…or a little something I like to call “Tackling 101.” Step 1: Wrap arms around opponent. Step 2: Don’t let go.

Hit it!
Robert Meachem may be hit or miss as a fantasy player but this week, he’s a “hit it” in my book. Nice 54 yard TD catch!

Quit it!
Consider this a preemptive “quit it”. I’m gonna need Reggie Bush to stop holding the ball out like it’s a smelly diaper. How many fumbles does he need for the point of “ball security” to be driven home?

Hit it!
Yay…John Carney made all his field goals AND extra points! Good boy!

Quit it!
We can’t let our running game falter. The Panthers let us slide on Sunday. Against a stronger team, we may not be so lucky.

Hit it!
Midway through the season, the Saints are undefeated. Don’t get much better than that.

Lets give a “hit it” to Reggie for his one handed reception… even though it could have easily been a disaster…. he did it and held onto the ball. Please dont do it again Reggie… you might not be so lucky next time :)

motion granted. I’d also like to add a special teams “hit it” for downing the ball within the 5 in the crucial drive that lead to the hargrove td.
