So Lets Hit It…

…and quit it. It’s Tuesday.

I’m still basking in the glow of an unexpected Jets win this past weekend, and I am so glad to have more hit than quit to speak of. So…on with it:

Hit it: The. Jets. Defense. 4 interceptions, sacks, and one of the worst performances we’ve seen from Delhomme and co. in a long time. Keep up the good work.

Quit it: Starting Kerry Rhodes is obviously not such a good idea-we haven’t seen such inspired play out of him since…well just since. If he’s going to play like this, he should never start again.

Hit it: 14 points off turnovers. Way to capitalize on mistakes by the Panthers.

Quit it: I really wish there could be a game when the Jets don’t have a bajillion turnovers. At least they can’t all be attributed to Sanchez-besides his one INT, Greene and Keller both lost fumbles. One day this will be a non factor, it just wasn’t last Sunday.

Hit it: Peace to finding a new spot to watch football on Sundays. Clearly it’s a good omen, so I’ll be back Thursday night.
