Jets Hit it and Quit it

Hit It: Peace to Jim Caldwell for pulling his starters and letting the Jets live. Santa really does exist.

Quit It: Unfortunately, Mercury Morris gets another year to hock fake hair and talk trash about being on the only team to ever go undefeated.

Hit it: Howard University Alumni Marques Douglas and his fumble recovery for a touchdown. The Jets D played well versus the first team and the second team, but this made me especially happy.

Hit it: Sanchez didn’t turn the ball over! Shocking but true. He also didn’t have any touchdowns, but you can’t have it all right?

Hit it: Special teams! They did so well. Blocking the PAT, the longest kick off return in Jets history, Feely making his kicks? Nice work.

The whole “control your own destiny” thing is actually a fact for the Jets. Nothing wrong with that.

Happy New Year!
