It never fails. Every Sunday that I get ready for a Titans game I change clothes about 5 times to the chagrin of my mom and cousins. I start to question will I look weird wearing this jersey with a skirt? Is this jersey too boxy? Now I finally have more options. You may have noticed the commercials where the gals are giving their guys their NFL jerseys back. No more wearing oversized jerseys hiding our cute figures. The NFL has launched a new website targeting female fans. The site, at women.nfl.com is part of the league’s new “Fit For You” marketing campaign for its women’s apparel lines. The campaign features a number of “NFL women,” mostly wives of players and coaches, modeling the apparel.
When I heard that Victoria Secret was launching their NFL line I got excited only to find out that they were only available in 13 teams. Ummm no Titans, no Ravens, no Saints. Actually no southern team at all except Carolina (and Dallas and that’s sorta Southwest) and if there’s one thing we do in the South- we play football. Now I don’t have to worry. The NFL of course has got me covered. Check it out and show your colors!
