Week 10, Miami vs. Tampa Bay Verdict: Dolphins – Signs of Sickness

All year I’ve told myself that Miami is a better team than their record shows. Now I’m not so sure. I think the Dolphins may be exactly what their record shows–a team on the brink. On the edge of being good, but just a slip away from tumbling into free fall. Sure, they’ve lost some nail biters, but many of Miami’s wins were ugly. And this was an ugly win that nearly got away. So, is this squad sea-worthy or sea sick? My friends, the Dolphins show many signs of sickness. I know this from the nausea, headache, and confusion I experienced while watching the game!
Tasty Orange Turnover
And for dessert…4 tasty orange turnovers prepared by our new head chef Mike Peterson!
Mwahahahahahahha- Tooooooold yall
FalconsChick was very excited to watch this game, and see our defense be dynamic. Before all the hardcore fans come at me citing that our secondary needs work, I know. Hopefully before we play a team with good pass offense we’ll have put some work in. Our offense looked niiiice, who caught Tony G line up and block? He’s going to definitely confuse defenses. I only hope that Matt doesn’t forget about Turner, Norwood, and gang…keep it versitile and with minimal tendencies. Lastly what was probably most noticable was the kicking game *sigh* Jason Elam missed 3 kicks. Why? I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt-but just in case lets get the back up kicker ready. Looking on to Carolina already-its another 1:00pm game and I’ve got my ticket! Here are my Top 4 highlights:
Shockley-Free 53!
I warned you guys…way back when we drafted John Parker in April I told you what a dynamic QB he was and told you that he was definitely going to make an impact. *BLAM* Its official-JPW is a Falcon!!! The Falcons released DJ Shockley leaving the QB position looking like –> Matt Ryan–>Chris Redman–>John Parker Wilson…I give it a year before JP is our backup QB. For the entire list click HERE

Wake me on week 4…
It appears that week four is the magic week when everyone I’m excited to see will once again touch cleat to grass (or turf). You guys and dolls probably know that I was pret-ty darn excited about seeing rookie safety William Moore get in on some Game Day action…well it appears that he’s serving the Vick sentence of sitting out until week 4-albeit for TOTALLY different reasons…According to AtlantaFalcons.com:
Head Coach Mike Smith confirmed after Thursday afternoon’s practice that rookie safety William Moore will miss two to four weeks while he recovers from a minor surgical procedure.
