All is Lost: The Game, Our Season, and Hester’s Pants
Nobody does Sunday Night Football humiliation quite like Da Bears.
Once again, we had a game that was completely winnable, up until the last minute. Once again, we had 21 points of touchdown passes that SHOULD have been made. And once again, Ron Turner abused our offense with horrendous play calling. (Note to wRONg Turner: The Hester WR screen doesn’t work–calling it five times in a row won’t change that).
Our defense played really well last night. We forced 3 turnovers! Charles Tillman was ricidulously good. Even Tommie Harris showed signs of life (making plays, not punching players). It was classic Bears football, on the defensive end.
