To call it a blowout would be an understatement
So, Sunday’s game against Atlanta was fun…it was a beautiful spectacle of athleticism…it was borderline amazing…not! It was atrocious…it was embarrassing…it was confusing…it was disheartening…but it was also life as a Bills fan, so I’m fine and I’m over it. I bet you guys never thought I would be able to hold on to my “new and improved positive outlook on the season” when I first debuted it a few weeks back…but clearly I have and I think I’ll give myself a pat on the back right about now. Now, let’s rip through this game recap (31-3) quicker than Marshawn Lynch can lose yardage…ehh, I can’t think of anything quirky, fill it in yourself!
Saints Chick Chow: Falcon (Pigeon) Gumbo
And, then, there were two, the Colts and the Saints. With Indianapolis advancing to 7-0, come Monday night, the NFL world will watch the undefeated Saints host our arch-nemesis—those nasty, stinking pigeons from Atlanta’s way. If the Saints defeat them (can’t even write their name without getting sick to my stomach), then we will have the NFC lead by a good margin for home field advantage throughout the playoffs. While it may still be a bit too early to reserve tickets to Miami in February, we are entering the time of the season where each game becomes a bit more crucial regarding our designs for the postseason. Thus far, everything has fallen in place for the Saints this season and with the team’s play and determination, I don’t see that changing any time soon, much less Monday night.

FalconsChick was very excited to watch this game, and see our defense be dynamic. Before all the hardcore fans come at me citing that our secondary needs work, I know. Hopefully before we play a team with good pass offense we’ll have put some work in. Our offense looked niiiice, who caught Tony G line up and block? He’s going to definitely confuse defenses. I only hope that Matt doesn’t forget about Turner, Norwood, and gang…keep it versitile and with minimal tendencies. Lastly what was probably most noticable was the kicking game *sigh* Jason Elam missed 3 kicks. Why? I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt-but just in case lets get the back up kicker ready. Looking on to Carolina already-its another 1:00pm game and I’ve got my ticket! Here are my Top 4 highlights:

The pre-season is over? Wait…it is? Oh so this came counts? So that means we’re gonna show up and show out…yeaaaah.
Falcons fans have been waiting for this game since we got Tony Gonzalez, lets be honest. Pre-season is cute but we’re impatient here in Atlanta (You know this if you’ve ever driven on any interstate in the Metro area) and we’re ready for some FOOTBALL! This sunday at 1 we’re playing the Miami Dolphins in the Georgia Dome. *sigh* Can you just give us this W now so we can not skip church to fight game day traffic?
SHOCKED? NO! wish I was…
I’ve always thought that UGA fans were grossly delusional, and borderline skitzo. Their perception of their program (and players) is generally a hyperbole (read: a grand exaggeration) far extending the parameters of their actual talent. Now…finally, years later its been proven. I just hate that it has to be at the cost of the Falcons.
DJ Shockley has been on my sugar.honey.iced.tea list for quite some time for being just a smidgen above average-that doesn’t cut it in Super Bowl bound programs!!! Yet people in Atlanta were sooo happy we got to keep “one of our own” bump that, the guy sucks. How many games will we give him to prove it?
